Sharps Windows & Doors have just finished fitting a new front door on our house. Adam did a fantastic job, as the house is old and the space wasn't perfectly sized or exactly square for the windows and door so it wasn't 100% straightforward. We left him to get on with it so it was a great surprise to come home ans see it complete. The door looks great and has really made a big difference to the front of our house. Adam left the front cleaner and tidier than when he arrived, he is professional, friendly and 100% trustworthy and I am totally thrilled with it. Thank you Sharps.

6 NEW DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS We contacted Sharps windows for a quote for 6 double glazed windows with new window boards. Adam came round to measure up. Then within a few days Tanya contacted us with a very competitive quote which we immediately accepted. The quality of the windows were excellent ,meeting all current specs for building regs. Adam and Spencer arrived promptly on arranged day. The installation was quick, efficient and tidy. All the windows were expertly fitted. The quality of work was excellent . All rubbish and packaging removed. I would recommend Sharps windows to anyone thinking of replacing their windows.

The business always endeavours to provide the best service.  However, on rare occasions there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied. To ensure the business can put things right for you, as soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and to the high standards the business aims to achieve.

Please contact the business straight away with any concerns either by phone, email or write to us. If writing, get proof of posting.

Business Complaint Procedure
On receipt of your complaint the business aims to respond within 5 days.  The business will arrange a convenient date to come and view and/or remedy the situation within 28 days.In the unlikely event the business is unable to resolve your complaint having exhausted the business complaints procedure, it may be necessary to use another complaint service.  Where the business cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction and/or agree to the final resolution requests confirmed to us; and both parties agree a ‘deadlock’ has been reached, you can then escalate your complaint.
